This spider lives outside Susan's house in Georgetown. The spider is a hard worker, spinning webs and looking for food. They say it has been living there for quite some time. It's web spans the bush and attaches to the house which gives it a spacious living area. It is a fine spider.

Sometimes called a "writing spider" or by others, a "banana spider", it is Argiope aurantia (I think I'm recalling that right.)
